DESCRIPTION
electron apps don't automatically switch themes when the color scheme is
changed
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install VSCode
2. Turn on auto-detect color scheme
3. Try switching the color scheme from light to dark or vice versa
OBSERVED RESULT
The theme of VSCode does not change
EXPECTED RESULT
VSCode theme changes automatically without having to reopen the app
