DESCRIPTION
Dragging a Network folder to left panel to create a shortcut does not work in
the "Remote" section, but it works in the "Places" section. When the shortcut
is created, it automatically moves to the "Remote" section.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a new remote directory, inside "Network"
2. Drag it left, to create a shortcut in the bar
3. Notice it won't accept a drop in the Remote section, but will at the Places
section
4. Drop it into Places
5. See that a new shortcut was created in the Remote section.

OBSERVED RESULT
User has to drop a remote shortcut in the places section.

EXPECTED RESULT
User should drop a remote shortcut in the remote section.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
