DESCRIPTION
Both yakuake and konsole have extra lines separing the scroll bar. This may be
considered intended.
Yakuake instead has extra line in the top that make no sense.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set theme to use breeze union
2. open yakuake and konsole
OBSERVED RESULT
Extra lines.

No extra lines
