DESCRIPTION
Switching between multiple fullscreen Wine/Proton games does not raise the
newly focused game window to the front.
The focus seems to change correctly, but the window stacking order does not.
The selected game remains behind another fullscreen Wine/Proton window.
Native applications such as Firefox do not show this problem.
Tested with several different Proton games, including EVE Online, World of
Warships and Steel Division 2, so this does not seem to be specific to one
game.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Start two different games through Steam/Proton under Plasma Wayland.
Put both games into fullscreen mode.
Switch between the two games using Alt+Tab.
Optionally switch to a native application such as Firefox afterwards.
OBSERVED RESULT
Alt+Tab changes the focused game, but the newly selected fullscreen Proton
window is not raised above the other fullscreen Proton window.
The previously visible game stays on top.
When switching to Firefox, Firefox is raised correctly. The Proton game that
had received focus can then be seen behind Firefox, which suggests that focus
changed but the fullscreen Proton window was not raised correctly.
The issue is reproducible with:
EVE Online
World of Warships
Steel Division 2
EXPECTED RESULT
The fullscreen Proton game selected with Alt+Tab should be raised to the front
and become visible, just like native applications.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The problem does not occur when switching to/from Firefox in fullscreen mode.
Firefox is raised normally.
The issue affects several unrelated Wine/Proton games, which makes it unlikely
to be game-specific.
A downgrade to Plasma/KWin 6.7.4 was attempted, but Plasma no longer started
correctly afterwards, so this was not usable as a workaround.
