DESCRIPTION
Folder color (icon) in desktop cannot be changed when 2+ users are currently
logged in.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a new user by using KDE Settings
2. Switch users
3. Create folder by right-clicking anywhere on the desktop -> Create
new->Folder
4. Specify name, don't specify color
5. Right-click at the newly-created folder
6. Try to click any of the 5 colour buttons (don't click to list of other
available colors/icons, this does work. Setting an icon from Properties also
works. Step 6 doesn't work in Dolphin).
7. Observe the result.
OBSERVED RESULT
When button is clicked, nothing happens. One can click multiple buttons and
visual side is glitching (they don't unclick automatically). Color isn't
changed.
Clicking the same button 2+ times (after re-rightclicking on the folder)
changes the color of the folder. It usually doesn't happen during the first
click. Being logged only on 1 user account at a time also seems to mitigate the
bug.
EXPECTED RESULT
Button should "unclick" itself and the color of the folder should be changed.
