The keyboard backlight slider does nothing to my keyboard backlight.
# STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Slide the relevant slider, as the attached screencast depicts.
# OBSERVED RESULT
The slider renders `nan%`, after the first time that it is slid, and does not
modify the brightness.
# EXPECTED RESULT
The slider should modify my keyboard backlight's brightness, lest it be
[visually?] disabled.
