DESCRIPTION
When capturing audio from within Kdenlive, it records using a different audio
interface than is selected in the settings. The level monitor uses the proper
device, but the actual recording is coming from another device.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect two audio interface to your computer. Let's call them Mic1 and Mic2
2. Open Kdenlive
3. Go to Settings → Configure Kdenlive → Capture → Audio and select Mic2 as the
default microphone.
4. Press OK
5. In the timeline view, right-click an audio track and enable "Show record
controls"
6. Press the red circle to start recording
7. Say something to mic2
8. You can see that the level monitor reacts properly to the sound coming from
mic2
9. Stop recording
10. Play back the recorded sound
OBSERVED RESULT
The recorded sound comes from Mic1, not Mic2.
EXPECTED RESULT
The recorded sound should be the sound from Mic2.
