DESCRIPTION
Plasmashell on Wayland attempts to write over 1gb/s on 6.7.5, and 300mb/s on
6.7.4, to the drive whenever there's either a notification, or the meta key is
pressed. This (anecdotally from Reddit) is also affecting several other people
on Arch.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Monitor, and sort by write
2. Get any notification (Thunderbird, Konsole bell, etc). Alternative: press
the meta key.
3. Once the entire desktop stops freezing, notice how plasmashell is writing
~1gb/s
OBSERVED RESULT
Plasmashell writes so heavily that the entire desktop freezes up.
EXPECTED RESULT
Plasmashell does not write 1gb/s, and doesn't freeze.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
It is definitely not writing to any log during this, which would be nice if it
was as I'd then have some log for this. Deleting the qmlcache did temporarily
(for ~5-10mins) fix the issue. Downgrading from 6.7.5 to 6.7.4 did lessen its
severity, though it did appear after about 15 minutes. I know it's writing to
/home somewhere, as I can hear my poor HDD trying to keep up. I tried to find
the specific file it was writing to, it came up with "inode 8" which doesn't
seem right.
