Initial window layout for reproduction
DESCRIPTION
The "Move Window Right" window action refuses to "jump" a window over another
one if the two windows are flush against each other initially.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have only two windows on the desktop. I used Kate and Konsole as an example,
but the applications do not matter. Position the windows like in the attached
screenshot: Kate on the left and Konsole on the right, with a gap between the
two windows and some empty space to the right of Konsole. Make Kate the active
window. Also have a keyboard shortcut assigned to the "Move Window Right"
window action.
2. Do the "Move Window Right" window action. -> Kate moves to the right so that
its right edge is flush against Konsole's left edge.
3. Repeat "Move Window Right".
OBSERVED RESULT
The Kate window does not move.
EXPECTED RESULT
The Kate window moves all the way to the right edge of the screen.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
For testing I created a new user to ensure a fully default Plasma
configuration.
Possibly interestings things I noticed during testing:
* The reverse setup (Kate on the right and moving left) works as expected.
* When Kate is dragged manually until it snaps to the left edge of Konsole and
then doing "Move Window Right", it works as expected.
* It does not matter if the availabe space to the right of Konsole is wide
enough for Kate or not.
* If Konsole is flush against the right screen edge, moving Kate works as
expected.
