Nomacs and QOwnNotes apps won't display the menu bar at the very top.
Application Menu daemon active, which "steals" the menu bar out of app windows
and routes it to a Global Menu widget on the panel. If the widget isn't
properly displaying it (or for Qt/GTK apps like Nomacs and QOwnNotes that don't
fully support it), the menu just vanishes
Disable Application menus daemon.
