DESCRIPTION
Previously reported and then fixed bug has reappeared. On dragging a photo of a
large album off off preview frame (i.e. to group with a set of images above the
upper or below the lower frame boundary, the window is supposed to begin to
scroll (and ideally, accelerate if you hold the mouse in position during drag
mode. Now, the page scrolls a small amount- 10-20% of a thumbnail height, and
then halts. If you joggle the mouse pointer around, it will trigger the motion
to crawl a bit more each time, but its not usable at present.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. As described here and before- this seems to be a regression; perhaps the
prior fix was a workaround of a scroll library which has changed in some way
etc.
