Well i did just tried this and yeah i managed to make my own list of city
clocks to quickly identify time zone regions at any moment
It did took a bit of setup by adding multiple widgets of digital clocks and
manually setting up each, clearing up dating code as all i want is the hour and
yeah everything works well

I was just hoping something like this can be implemented on the standard clock
by just replacing the time codes list to city but admittedly maybe i am missing
something else since it only changes the clock itself and not the 'mini clocks'
on the list which is what i was trying to get at

I am gonna declare the status to this on my end as fixed or resolved at the
moment since i wanted to bring up as suggestion while also getting a solution
of my own which did work with what was suggested i could do so i thank you for
that and i apologize for not making it more clear from the beginning.
