DESCRIPTION
With global scaling (e.g., 2.5x), Steam and OnlyOffice show a tiny, seemingly
unscaled cursor.
They don't have the problem in GNOME or COSMIC.
Other X11 apps (e.g., xeyes, xev) don't have the problem in Plasma.
