DESCRIPTION
Spectacle(Shift+Super+S) makes Translucency setting active on all windows
regardless of focus.
Only way to fix it toggling translucency off and on in Kde settings>Desktop
effects or reboot
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable translucency in kde settings>Desktop effects
2. Press Shift+Super+S
3. Take a selection screenshot
OBSERVED RESULT
Translucency is now active on all windows regardless of focus and switching
windows doesnt fix it
EXPECTED RESULT
Translucency behaviour doesn't change

Seems to be related to Spectacle update in 6.7.5. But it is a Kwin desktop
effect so im reporting it here
