            Bug ID: 525799
Summary: Poor UX Design: "Show controls" implemented as a
                    manual switch
    Classification: Applications
           Product: Koko
      Version First 26.08.0
       Reported In:
          Platform: Solus
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: General
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]
  Target Milestone: ---

In Gwenview, when entering fullscreen, UI elements are shown briefly before
automatically hiding, no clicks required. These elements are then shown
whenever the cursor passes over the their previous location at the top of the
screen. Currently, entering full screen will result in the UI elements
remaining on screen unless the screen is clicked, and this is the case every
time. Alternatively, the context menu can be used to manually hide the UI
elements whether in full screen or windowed. This is a step back from the
automatic, contextual design of Gwenview, and as such misses out on elegance
and ease of use.
