I tried multiple configurations muting the player and playing the preview. It always worked. Except you have a specific file format that i haven't tested. In every case i couldn't reproduce it Can you still reproduce this with Dolphin 26.08.1 or later? If you can, please set this back to CONFIRMED adding more information in how to reproduce the bug.
