DESCRIPTION
when plasmashell quits after having crashed it causes infinitely spawning
drkonqi windows
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. plasmashell --replace
2. kill -SEGV `pidof plasmashell`
3. drkonqi appears
4. kill -9 `pidof plasmashell`
5. don't have a plasmashell running anymore
OBSERVED RESULT
drkonqi windows keep popping up at regular intervals for the same pid (as per
the commandline)
EXPECTED RESULT
at most one window pops up
