I have the same problem. I have a Logitect MX Vertical Wireless Mouse connected
via the Logitech unifying receiver.

I'm repeatedly getting notifications that my mouse battery is at "-1%".

This started happening 2 or 3 days ago after I charged the mouse.
Power tray says mouse is Fully charged (100%)
I also checked in Solaar (logitect management software) and it says "90% (next
reported 50%)"
