DESCRIPTION
The power profiles (Performance, Balanced, Power Save) configured for "On AC
Power" and "On Battery" don't activate when the battery state changes while the
system is suspended. The same applies to "Run command or script". «When
entering "On Battery" state» doesn't trigger if I unplug the laptop from power
when it's suspended and wake it up after.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. In systemsettings set "On AC Power" -> "Switch power profile" to
"Performance"
2. "On Battery" -> "Switch power profile" to "Power Save"
3. Apply the settings
4. Plug in the laptop charger for it to switch to "Performance" mode
5. Suspend the system
6. Unplug the laptop charger
7. Wake up the system
OBSERVED RESULT
Power profile stays at "Performance" when the system is on battery power and
any scripts that should've run «When entering "On Battery" state» don't get
executed.
EXPECTED RESULT
Run "When entering X state" scripts and switch to respective power profile
after waking up from suspend if battery state changed compared to when system
was going to sleep.
