DESCRIPTION
When adjusting the screen brightness outside the Display Configuration System
KCM, the Display Configuration will reload/re-animate/do-a-lot-of-work every
brightness step.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Display Configuration
2. Adjust screen brightness via the keyboard, or, adjust screen brightness via
Brightness & Colour widget
OBSERVED RESULT
The KCM will momentarily enable/disable some options then you'll see it "slide
in" (as if the system settings page had been navigated)
EXPECTED RESULT
The brightness slider alone should update to reflect the updated value.
