Sliding notification moves from top-right to bottom-right when opening Kickoff
# Summary
Notification moves to the bottom-right when opening Kickoff
# Description
When `slidingnotifications` is enabled, notifications normally appear in the
top-right corner.
If I open Kickoff while a notification is visible, the notification moves down
to the bottom-right corner. When I close Kickoff, it moves back to the
top-right.
If I disable `slidingnotifications` in KWin Debug Console, this problem
disappears.
## Steps to reproduce
1. Enable `slidingnotifications`.
2. Trigger a notification.
3. While the notification is visible, press Meta to open Kickoff.
## Observed result
The notification moves from the top-right to the bottom-right.
## Expected result
The notification should stay in the top-right corner when Kickoff is opened.

## Additional information
Disabling `slidingnotifications` fixes the problem.
