Issue in Union
Current git master.
Elisa has view-specific toolbars that override the standard colorSet of the
ToolBar component to be "Kirigami.Theme.Window" (at least in desktop mode:
https://invent.kde.org/multimedia/elisa/-/blob/master/src/qml/NavigationActionBar.qml?ref_type=heads#L222
In Union, this does not work, and the toolbars use the background color from
the standard Kirigami.Theme.Header colorSet.
In qqc2-desktop-style, overriding the colorSet works as expected.
