DESCRIPTION
I have a 144hz monitor and scrolling inside of the Falkon browsers seems like
it's stuck at 30/60hz at max.
I'm using a nvidia 4060 GPU with driver 615.71.09 on Fedora KDE 44
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Falkon
2. Scroll any web page

OBSERVED RESULT
Scrolling is laggy and stuck at 30/60hz
EXPECTED RESULT
Scrolling should be smooth following my monitor's refresh rate like the other
browsers
