I want to select a section of text in the app with the mouse. I select some
text and want to select more. To do this, I begin scrolling while the first
mouse button is pressed. The problem is the screll speed. Notepad can go as
fast as I can. But Kwirte limit my speed at a fixed rate and it takes a lot of
time to select a bunch of text with mouse.
