After waking up my laptop from suspend, changing the brightness with keybinding
of my keyboard or scrolling on the widget in taskbar gives unexpected behavior.
The brightness only changes to either 75% or 85%.
My system uses hybrid GPU (AMD iGPU with NVIDIA dGPU)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Wake up computer from suspend
2. Try changing brightness with scrolling on "Brightness & Color" widget
OBSERVED RESULT
Brightness toggles between %75 and %85. However on widget tooltip it shows %80
constant.
Brightness can be changed with the slider in the widget.
After changing brightness via keyboard or scrolling, the slider does not
change.
EXPECTED RESULT
Brightness changing works correctly.
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a
terminal window): Fedora 44 KDE Edition
KDE Plasma Version: 6.7.90
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.30.0
Qt Version: 6.11.2
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I am not sure if the bug is only exists after suspending or related to suspend
at all. I will check and update report.
