STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Delete multiple items on the Desktop area and start a rubberband selection
while the deletions are underway.
OBSERVED RESULT
The rubberband selection suddenly enlarges.
EXPECTED RESULT
The rubberband selection should remain at the same size the user has set with
the pointer.
