DESCRIPTION
When changing the keyboard brightness either with the keyboard shortcut (Fn +
Space) or with the applet, there is not visual feedback like in the past or
currently for the built-in screen brightness.
Same issue as in closed Bug 486067 and Bug 487743, except that now the
workaround of restarting plasma-powerdevil.service does not fix the issue.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Change keyboard brightness
OBSERVED RESULT
Brightness changes but there is no visual feedback that it did.
EXPECTED RESULT
Same as in Plasma 6.6.x (and I think 6.7.80), the visual animation should be
shown.
