KLanguageButton: fix the language menu overflow When the menu is opened for the first time from a KSwitchLanguageDialog, KPopupAccelManager changes the text of the language actions to add keyboard mnemonics. QMenu::actionEvent() responds by calling resize(sizeHint()) on the visible menu, bypassing the height limit applied during popup. Register the language popup menu with KAcceleratorManager when it's created; then the text is changed on QMenu::aboutToShow, before the initial sizing is applied.
