However, if you are on the desktop, and press insert+shift+d to activate the Orca speech display, and then close with insert+shift+d again and try to operate the system, you will notice that the shift key remains pressed. I also had difficulty reproducing the bug involving the control+insert keys on Plasma 6.7.5.
