DESCRIPTION
Windows ICO image format support multiple image sizes bundled in single file.
e.g. 32x32, 64x64. However, Krita open ICON only with single size (smallest),
while GIMP can import all sizes as layers.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Download
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/lazd/wolf4sdl/refs/heads/master/win/Wolf4SDL.ico
2. Open with Krita
3. Open with GIMP
OBSERVED RESULT
Krita open as 32x32, single layer
GIMP open as 64x64, with two layers (32x32, 64x64)
EXPECTED RESULT
Krita should also open as 64x64 and even better with layers support
