DESCRIPTION
See attachment. The app (clash-verge-rev) has a very long submenu. The first
menu item is out of the screen.
Seems the calculation doesn't take Plasma panel height into account. More items
are out when the panel gets thicker.
However, it might be better to have a much smaller limit on the menu height,
and not letting it span the full screen height.
