DESCRIPTION
The lock screen doesn't work with a password-less user, clicking the unlock
button does nothing.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have password-less user
2. Lock screen
3. Press Unlock
OBSERVED RESULT
Screen remains locked
EXPECTED RESULT
Screen unlocks
