KNewFileMenu: resolve symlink targets when creating a new link When creating a new link for a target in a symlinked directory, `KNewFileMenu` does not resolve the symlink target. This potentially produces symlinks that silently fail with strict downstream consumers. This change resolves canonical paths to symlink targets before creating a symlink, and adds a corresponding autotest.
