On Windows 11, screenshots captured with Win+Shift+S save normally but cannot
be pasted into Paint, Chrome, Codex, or Claude. Opening the saved screenshot in
Snipping Tool and using Copy also fails to make the image pasteable. Ordinary
text copy/paste works. KDE Connect is paired with an Android phone and a VM,
with clipboard sharing in use. Fully exiting KDE Connect on the Windows PC
immediately restores screenshot paste. The issue began within the past few
days.
Expected: KDE Connect should leave local image clipboard operations usable.
Actual: Image paste fails while KDE Connect runs; it works after KDE Connect
exits.
Snipping Tool version: 11.2607.23.0.
KDE Connect Windows package version: 26.801.6590.0 (KDEe.V.KDEConnect).
Windows: Windows 11 Pro, version 25H2, OS build 26200.9550, 64-bit.
