DESCRIPTION
Nicknames are being show Merkuro Contact View, but after opening the edit mode,
the field appears empty.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Store the contact in an online CardDAV account and add a Nickname
2. Verify Merkuro Contact syncs and shows the nickname
3. Open edit
4. Verify nickname does not appear
5. Save
6. Merkuro Contact has now deleted the nickname
