DESCRIPTION
Currently when building the application, the kitinerary-extractor binary is
installed into libexec folder, this makes sense as a support for the UI
application. As I understand it, the way to use this extractor from other
software (I'm building a webapp to parse itinerary information for personal
use) is to call this binary directly.
It would be nice to also install this binary to `/bin` so that distro packages
includes this in the `/bin`, and is easily findable by scripts and such.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Compile and install itinerary
OBSERVED RESULT
extractor binary is installed `libexec` subfolder
EXPECTED RESULT
extractor binary in bin along with itinerary binary.

Operating System (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a
terminal window): Tested in nixos

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I tried overriding this in the nix package
(https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/pull/567243), and it got some pushback
(rightly) that it be better fixed in the build.
