STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have multiple monitors (in my case a notebook's built-in screen and a
external 4K TV via HDMI)
2. Take a screenshot of something in fullscreen (ex: a game).
OBSERVED RESULT
Spectacle will appear on top of the window you have focus on.
EXPECTED RESULT
Spectacle should have an option that makes it's window appear on the
non-focused monitor.
It will benefit the most when watching livestreams and fullscreen applications,
things you don't want Spectacle to pop up right in front of.
