DESCRIPTION
If there are updated available and Discover shows an indicator in th status bar
and you try to open it either from kickoff or by running `plasma-discover` in
terminal or by opening it from status bar the app GUI will not open. It seems
to hang. If you quit discover from the status bar and then try to open it the
GUI finally opens
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Wait until updates are available and discovers shows so in the status bar
2. Try to open discover through kickoff or by running `plasma-discover` in
terminal or by opening it from status bar
3. Observe as Discover GUI doesn't open
4. Quit Discover from the status bar
5. Try opening Discover again and the GUI should now open
