Opening System Settings causes it to immediately crash. Opening the "Display
Configuration" shows the window for a second, and then it also crashes.
Launching it through a terminal shows the following:
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::logic_error'
what(): basic_string: construction from null is not valid
KCrash: Application 'systemsettings' crashing... crashRecursionCounter = 2
Aborted (core dumped) systemsettings
The crash can be reproduced every time.
