Fix internal guider not guiding after the scheduler restarts it while suspended When a scheduler job repeats and its sequence ends with non-light frames (e.g. flats), guiding is still suspended when the next iteration starts. SchedulerProcess::startCapture() then restarts guiding through connectGuider() + guide(). InternalGuider::Connect() resets the state to IDLE, and guide() starts a fresh session and reports GUIDE_GUIDING, but the cgmath suspend flag set by suspend() was never cleared. Every guide frame was then skipped: no corrections were sent and no guide stats reached Analyze for the rest of the night. Clear the suspension whenever guide() starts a fresh session, and add a unit test covering both the suspend/resume path and the scheduler's restart-while-suspended sequence.
