            Bug ID: 526412
Summary: "Do not scan" folders still get scanned in SMB paths
    Classification: Applications
           Product: filelight
      Version First unspecified
       Reported In:
          Platform: Other
                OS: Microsoft Windows
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]
                CC: [email protected]
  Target Milestone: ---

A folder on an SMB share can be added to the exemption list without issue.
When scanning, however, the folder will be scanned aswell.
Afterwards, it will show up with a size of 0 B.

This is generally not that much of a problem, as scanning just takes a while
longer,
but in one example, the folder in question was a ~snapshot folder,
which unfolded to a badgillion files and hundreds of tebibytes.
This makes the scan take a very long time.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add SMB folder to "do not scan" list
2. Scan one of its parents
3. Wait

OBSERVED RESULT
Folder is scanned and shows up with 0 B after scanning.

EXPECTED RESULT
Folder is skipped entirely.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Version: 26.11.70
Happens only on Windows.
Probably because of
\\server\share & //server/share
vs.
smb://server/share & /mnt/server_share/

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
None.
