Pushed by meven into branch 'master'. folderspanel: scroll to the name of the current folder Every item of a tree is as wide as the widest one, so the name of a folder several levels down sits outside a narrow panel, and a reader had to scroll by hand to see which folder the view is showing. scrollToItem() now scrolls sideways to that name as well, where the view holds a tree and shows no header. A name wider than the view is shown from its beginning.
