Pushed by cwo into branch 'Plasma/6.8'. klipper/declarative: don't switch tabs without tabs Klipper will happily switch tabs even if there are none if you press the keyboard shortcuts to do so. For Alt+number, it checks tabBar.count, but this is useless - we always have two tabButtons, the whole tabbar is invisible if there are no starred items. So we add a visibility check before switching, and get rid of the always-true count check.
