Akonadi is dbus activated, kontact is on autostart. Logging in causes some kind
of race between kontact and akonadi resulting in the creation of new "local
folders".

I'm not a coder I did use AI to debug this I don't think thew solution I
reached is conclusive. This really affects KDE desktop load time because if
kontact is on startup while it's in that loop the rest of KDE just doesn't load
at all adding around 30-40s where I don't even see my desktop. This could be an
autostart ordering thing but I doubt it, akonadi is started with anything that
uses it like kontact. Seems like it's just a race like akonadi/kontact hasn't
had enough time to link to the resources.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Kontact native, akonadi, kalarm (using gmail if that makes any
difference)
2. Add kontact to autostart.
3. Boot pc.
OBSERVED RESULT
Desktop will do all autostart things, let me open terminals etc but litwerally
won't start KDE desktop environment until akonadi+kontact has stopped pooping
itself. Takes about 30s for my actual background and panels to pop in.
EXPECTED RESULT
Everything boots normally and akonadi/kontact finds whatever it's looking for
and doesn't eat a whole core on startup looking for then making a new directory
because it can't find the one it made last time.
