After waking up from sleep I loose sound and the ability to change the screen
brightness (keyboard keys also stop working). Also, some apps start freezing
and eventually crash, like Firefox for example.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click on the suspend button or close the laptop lid.
2. Click on any key or open the lid to wake up.
OBSERVED RESULT
I loose sound, option to change brightness and some apps start freezing or
crashing.
EXPECTED RESULT
Everything should be functional after resuming from sleep.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This started happening after the last 5 or 6 updates on KDE Linux. Previously I
had no issues with sleep.
