src/konfigurator: fix Tab focus

With KF 6.30, we remove the second Tab in the tabWidget and make the
bar invisible. Unfortunately it still wants to take Tab focus and fails
because it is not visible, so we end up in a loop where focus is on
the qscrollarea, Tab passes it to the tabBar, where it doesn't stick
and falls back to the qscrollarea, and so on.

I'm honestly not quite sure why it does this. (Tab focus in kcms is
super weird...) But the QtWidgets version of this KCM is on its last
legs and will be gone with Gear 26.12 in favor of a QML version, so I
don't think it makes much sense to do a deep dive. Let's just set the
tab bar to Qt.NoFocus when we're hiding it, which fixes the symptoms
well enough to make the kcm accessible again for the few weeks it has
left.
