--- Comment #15 from cwo <[email protected]> --- Git commit b1ae0e1f96f680f5f554bb80505c1b0c6f7870a8 by Christoph Wolk. Committed on 01/10/2026 at 16:52. Pushed by cwo into branch 'master'. applets/taskmanager: avoid ReleaseWithinBounds for TapHandler The Right-click menu sets the gesturePolicy to ReleaseWithinBounds to attempt to get it to not keep the handler pressed when opening the context menu (which takes focus and makes the handler not see the button release). This doesn't seem to work on Wayland at least, and causes a much bigger problem: as ReleaseWithinBounds takes an active grab rather than the passive default, opening the context menu and closing it where the handler can't see will cause it to swallow the next click (including left-clicks), rather than just the next right-click on that specific icon. So don't set the gesturePolicy and just go with the default one. Unfortunately this does not solve the issue with right-clicking again, as the TapHandler still considers itself pressed when it's not, but at least it does not interfere with other clicks.
