The file: /tmp/journal-boot.txt. This is what the agent told me you people
would ask me to give, so I redacted personal info as necessary and here it is!

DESCRIPTION
My laptop specs:
Name: HP Pavilion 15-eh0xxx Laptop
Screen: AMD Renoir 1002:1636, panel CMN 5397 1920x1080 60Hz+40Hz eDP-1, VRR
incapable
Graphics: AMD Radeon Vega Series / Radeon Vega Mobile Series [Integrated]

Everytime I boot up my computer for the first time after a shutdown, there
appears to be a short white flash right before kde-login-manager appears.
Switching to SDDM, like I tried someday, fixed that specific flash, but I would
really like to use plasma-login-manager instead because its more polished.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Just cold boot on my laptop
2. Plymouth quit at 10.6s, Greeter started at 11.1s, then white screen, then
kwin_wayland Atomic fail at ~12.3s + 6x amdgpu Mode Validation Warning: Unknown
Status failed validation. Persists post login, and never on logout/login
3. The actions tried with the help of the before-mentioned agent: early amdgpu,
video=eDP-1:1920x1080@60, Plymouth disabled, dark wallpaper. Nothing.

OBSERVED RESULT
A short (a couple milliseconds) but really noticeable (especially at a dark
environment) white flash. After that kde-login-manager immediately appears, as
normal.

Also logs:
[ 12.356034] amdgpu: Mode Validation Warning: Unknown Status failed
validation x6
[ 12.363097] kwin_wayland[721]: Atomic modeset commit failed! Invalid
argument
[ 12.409051] amdgpu: Mode Validation Warning...
[ 16.96s ... same spam after login ]

EXPECTED RESULT
The first atomic commit to succeed and kde-login-manager to start properly
without the flashing before it.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I should say I tried troubleshooting with the "Muse Spark 1.3 Free" agent from
Opencode, which after many failures, prompted and helped me make this bug
report. The title and a few elements in this description was generated by that
agent, and I adjusted as well as I could.

Thank you for your time! You are amazing :)
