Authentication Required pop-up
DESCRIPTION
The "Authentication Required" pop-up (see attached screenshot) truncates text
with no possibility of showing the full text.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Trigger this pop-up with a long command. I don't know what triggers it, but
it popped up while I was installing the MPLAB extension in VS Code.
OBSERVED RESULT
The command is truncated, with no way to view it in full. There is no tool-tip.
Details doesn't reveal it. See the attachment.
EXPECTED RESULT
My first instinct was to hover over the text and wait for a tool-tip. I then
checked Details. So ideally both would show the full command.
