In the settings, I set the keys to decrease and increase the volume for the
media player. Previously, everything worked perfectly. Now, in Chromium, it
doesn’t work at all. A volume bar simply appears, it moves, but nothing
changes. In Firefox, it works, but incorrectly. For example, I started a video
on YouTube, then I press the hotkey, and the volume immediately becomes the
same as it was on the scale that appears when you change the volume. For
example, I set the volume to 30% in the browser itself, then I press the
hotkeys to lower the volume, and the volume immediately jumps to 100% and then
decreases.

I don’t remember exactly when this started to break. Previously, it worked well
in all applications. There were no volume jumps, and it worked perfectly in
Chromium, but now the slider moves, but the volume doesn’t change.
